Scholarships are getting more exciting with the opening of the Valkyrae’s Homecoming Scholarship that will be awarded to students who have the passion for gaming. The awardees will be given a Full Ride Scholarship amounting to Php180,000 and a chance to meet Hofstetter during this year’s CONQuest in June. However, the students must show that they were effectively managing their studies while enjoying gaming.
The Fuslie’s Scholarship for Women in Gaming is for the female gamers and meant to encourage female gamers promote an inclusive and safe gaming industry as well as empower more women in the gaming scene. Each awardee will receive a Full Ride Scholarship amounting to P135,000 each plus the chance to meet and greet Fu during the CONQuest.
On the other hand, the CONQuest Scholarship will also give an award of P100,000 grant during CONQuest.
All three scholarships are available to Filipino Grade 12 students, as well as undergraduate students.
Application is already ongoing and willl close on May 22 for the Valkyrae’s Homecoming Scholarship and the Fuslie’s Scholarship for Women in Gaming. The CONQuest Scholarship will close on May 26.
